Biography:

Paul F. Caprio-  Paul is the President of the company and has built a strong reputation as a quality builder. He strives for perfection in all of his work and demands the same from all of his employees. Paul specializes in remodeling, additions, property management and client services. Paul has long standing relationships with all of his customers that he has accumulated over the past thirty years. Customers will tell you that once you are a customer, you are a customer for life. Customer satisfaction is very important and it shows in the hundreds of customer references. Paul holds an unrestricted Construction Supervisors License in the State of Massachusetts, #022375 and a Home Improvement Contractor's License in the State of Massachusetts, #120111 and is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the State of Massachusetts, #9082595.

Jesse P. Caprio-  Jesse is the Vice President of the company and second generation of the fine building tradition. He specializes in custom new home design, real estate development, real estate sales and new home construction. He heads the design center and runs the development company, Olde Cape Development, LLC. Jesse is also President of our sister company, Olde Cape Realty, Inc. and is a REALTOR® with the Cape Cod & Islands Association of Realtors. Quality and customer satisfaction are Jesse's main focus. Jesse holds an unrestricted Construction Supervisors License in the State of Massachusetts, #076850, Home Improvement Contractor's License in the State of Massachusetts, #130930 and is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Massachusetts, #9077434.
