Wianno Avenue, Osterville- This circa 1889 mansard roof historic house in the upscale village of Osterville will be completely gutted and remodeled. An addition featuring a new great room, laundry, mudroom, decks and 2-car garage will be added with the same mansard roof design. This project has been one of the most interesting permitting processes because of the storied history of the existing house. This home is sold.
