West Street, Osterville- This design/build project will include the demolition of an existing garage and part of the house to make way for some additions and renovations to the existing house. The owner's were very involved in the design aspect of this project. We will be adding a 30'x22' one and a half story addition that will include a new mudroom, laundry, powder room, great room, bedroom and additional bath. The master bedroom will be extended to enlarge the room.
